Online Class for beginners (german)
In this online Hatha Yoga class, we create the space where you do just for you: asanas, meditation and breathing practice. Besides the asanas, I also bring in elements from yoga wisdom. All you need for this: (yoga) mat, comfortable clothes, laptop or tablet and a quiet place for you. The course is designed so that beginners* with and without previous experience can participate well.
Prices:
12€ per hour or 50€ for a 5 class card.

Your space, your time. You can expect a classic Hatha Yoga class with all the trimmings. In addition, I combine this with music and sound elements. In the Motoki Wohnzimmer you can get on your mat in a free and informal atmosphere. Here cultural and musical events take place in the middle of the Veedel.
You can book single classes for 15 € or get a 4 class card for 55€.
